Engage in hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
Distribute malware, spam, or any harmful content
Impersonate any person or entity
Use automated tools or bots to interact with the service
Engage in any illegal activities

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to monitor, remove, or restrict content and users that violate these terms. Our moderation system includes automated and manual review. Users can report violations using the report button within the app.

6. VIP Subscriptions

Dr.Sky offers optional paid VIP subscriptions (Plus and Pro tiers). By subscribing:

You authorize recurring billing at the stated price until cancelled
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused portions
VIP features may change with reasonable notice

Dr.Sky is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the content shared by users. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that objectionable content will not be encountered.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr.Sky and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
