Dr.Sky is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use our core service. This policy explains what data we do collect and how we use it.
When you use Dr.Sky, we automatically collect:
Dr.Sky does not store the content of your chats. Video and audio streams are transmitted directly between users (peer-to-peer) and do not pass through our servers. Text messages are relayed through our servers but are not stored or logged except in cases of active moderation following a user report.
We use browser local storage (not cookies) to remember your preferences such as dark/light mode and age confirmation. No tracking cookies are used. If you use Google Analytics features on our site, Google may set their own cookies as described in Google's privacy policy.
If you subscribe to a VIP plan, we collect and store your email address and payment status. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy. We do not store your payment card details.
When you report a user, we store the report reason and the reported user's session ID (not identity) to investigate and take action. This data is kept for 30 days.
We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with Dr.Sky. This collects anonymized data about page views, session lengths, and general usage patterns. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using browser privacy extensions.

Dr.Sky is strictly for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor is using our service, please use the report function immediately.
You have the right to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Since most usage is anonymous, there may be no personal data to delete. For VIP account holders, contact us via the feedback form to request data deletion.
